Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very thorough and detail -oriented. She organized our honeymoon to Hawaii and we could not have asked for a better trip. She gave us so many options in the beginning and really listened to our interests and what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a nice relaxing trip to unwind from the wedding, we love the beach but we also love adventure. She suggested Kauai and Maui. We were able to enjoy the beaches, really found some romantic quality time, and we were also able to go on quite a few excursions such as kayaking, snorkeling, and visiting some really remarkable sights. Karen really helped in mapping out our trip and staying within our budget. The hotels and restaurants she suggested were very lovely. This trip was definitely a dream come true. Karen was also extremely helpful when we found out that our flights got cancelled on the way home. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

Karen helped us plan a custom trip to Croatia. She was thoughtful in her suggested itinerary. The hotels were convenienty located, and the restaurants she recommended were phenomenal. She arranged for a local guide in each location as well as our transportation between locations we visited. Her attention to detail was fantastic. Attention given to details throughout! A wonderful trip of a lifetime!

Karen was and is a very pleasant person to work with. At our request she made all of the necessary arrangements for a worry free first time traveler abroad to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Even after a flight cancellation during our travels outbound she responded to our situation quickly and got us back on schedule. Karen has the appropriate Kiwi certifications that gave us the confidence to book our travel experience to New Zealand with her.
