Life should be about experiences, not about acquiring things. That's why it is so important to travel. Visiting new destinations and experiencing different cultures will make you feel alive again.  My passion is helping travelers, like you, to explore the world and to live out your travel dreams. I enjoy planning all aspects of a trip and then melding them together into a seamless itinerary. 

I do this by building relationships with my clients so that I can understand what it is they are looking for in a getaway. Without this type of a relationship, there is no way a travel agent can customize a trip to fit a client's particular dreams and wishes.

And that is my specialty -- personalizing trips so that they include excursions and accommodations that best mirror the travel styles of my clients. I have, for example, some luxury clients who enjoy the best of everything. I recently booked a trip for one couple that included a private chauffeur to drive them all over France and Normandy. This was their dream trip, and it was very much personalized to their desires. Yet I also understand that another couple might not have liked the idea of a private chauffeur and would have preferred to spend their money on a different aspect of their itinerary.

That is why it's so important for me to really get to know my clients before booking an itinerary for them.  I also specialize in booking amazing ski trips throughout Canada and the United States. My husband of 22 years, Tony, was a World Cup Freestyle skier and still coaches and builds World Cup courses. My family also enjoys skiing or competing every weekend during the winter, so I am very familiar with many great ski resorts. In addition to booking leisure travel, I also have experience and expertise in arranging corporate travel.

I have worked for 24 years in the travel industry. After graduating from McConnell Travel School.  I went on to work for AAA. My first position was as an Auto Travel Counselor. From there I was promoted to Domestic and International Travel Consultant. During my time at AAA, I was Agent of the Year (top producer) in 2012 and 2013. I have also completed training programs with numerous suppliers and am also a:

• Certified Travel Agent
• Certified Australian Specialist

I also believe that boots-on-the-ground experience is very important, so I travel as often as I can. The following are just some of the destinations I have visited:

• Mexico

• Hawaii
