It would be difficult to pick one trip.
Kim has booked many trips for us including two Crystal Cruises World Cruises. Her preparations & arrangements have been faultless, adding to the pleasure of our travels. We highly recommend her services for any type of travel, business or pleasure. Her years of experience have acquainted her with all airlines, hotels, cruise ships & vacation packages. I have worked with Kim for 10 years now. I tell her what I'm hoping to experience on my next vacation, Kim provides choices for me. I usually then change my choices, and Kim is there to provide additional choices. She answers my MANY questions with patience and expertise. When it is time to depart for our vacation, whether we are cruising or indulging in an All Inclusive, everything has been taken care of, professionally and with expertise. Our packets are at our house in advance with everything we need to know. Kim knows her stuff. I never worry about what's about to happen, it's "All Great"

Most Awesome Travel Agent!
Kim has gone above and beyond helping me with my travel plans. She has taken my call at 4AM when I was having difficulty in an airport, scrambled at the last minute with flight cancelations and been the liaison with my adventures with friends and the places/castle we've rented. She knows the travel business inside and out and has assisted with details. I don't have to worry about contacts or connections with Kim. I have already referred her to my friends and will continue to do so.
