Riviera Maya Group Trip Success!
Worked with Nancy to attend her annual Superbowl Friends group in Cancun/Riviera Maya Mexico.
We stayed at the Haven Riviera Cancun - adults only 5 star resort and it was incredible!
All 20 guests were treated like VIP's!
Will continue to book with Nancy for next year's Superbowl trip and a summer vacation in July 2022! Her service is second to none and she makes herself available whenever it's convenient for her clients.

After spending weeks trying to decide on a Sandals resort, room category, tours, etc. we became quite frustrated and anxious about our upcoming honeymoon.

Ann, Catherine and I can't thank you enough for putting together our getaway to Jamaica. We had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect and the beach front room was beautiful! Staying on the Level side of the resort was a great decision. Melia truly knows how to welcome and paper guests. I can't say enough about the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. I placed an emergency call to Nancy looking for a miracle. Despite interrupting Nancy’s family’s holiday dinner, she calmly and sympathetically listened to my tale of woe and then sprung into action, offering suggestions on how to secure an expedited passport. Over the next 48 hours, Nancy dedicated countless hours tracking down passport resources and alternative flights. There are not enough words to express my profound appreciation and gratitude for the assistance provided to me by Nancy Cronin on a recent self-inflicted travel fiasco.
This past winter I worked with Nancy in making arrangement for a family vacation over the April school holidays to Punta Cana, DR. Nancy offered suggestions and recommendations for the best resort locale tailored to my family's interests. Throughout this process, Nancy patiently responded to my many phone calls, and answered even the most mundane questions regarding our arrangements. We couldn't decide which island we wanted to visit and Nancy suggested island hopping between Barbados and St Lucia with a very easy flight in between.
