You are the best, and we are so grateful to work with you on our trips! I can see why this agency won so many awards if all of the consultants that work there are even a quarter as good as you are. You have taken EXCELLENT care of us since we moved to the resort side of vacationing. I know in this day and age people can setup their own travel arrangements and plans etc.; however, all we can think of when it comes to our trips is you! We have recommended you to several people we know. You rock Pat! Thanks for everything you do to give us peace of mind concerning our trips.

I have worked with Pat for 7-8 years traveling to all parts of the US and a fair amount in the Caribbean. In all cases, Pat has proven to be efficient, effective, courteous and MOST patient. She always works with my preferences yet provides great alternatives for convenience and savings. Pat is an excellent agent providing outstanding service with a wonderful outlook and attitude. She has been consistent even in the face of last-minute changes and modifications which, for sure, have tried my patience. She handled them like a trooper and delivered prompt updates and modifications. Pat continually has worked to provide a quality, safe and pleasant travel experience. Her customers are #1 for her!
